Managing your order!
How to place an order?
To place an order on our Website(Link), you can browse our online catalogue, choose one or more items you wish to purchase and click on " Add to Cart " then " Place Order ". You will find all of your products in your cart.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order only before the scheduled shipment date, the next morning.

I would like to place a gift order?
Great idea! It's simple: just let us know the recipient's shipping address and any accompanying text you want to include with the gift package, such as " Happy Birthday !" We'll print and include your colourful greeting on an A4 sheet of paper in the package.

Have you placed an order on our website and the product doesn't match what you were looking for? You can return the product to us within 7 days. Upon receipt, and depending on the condition of the luggage, we will refund your order to the same a/c / through same method used at the time of purchase.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Within 48 hours of confirmation of your payment via …(Shipping partner’s name)… (excluding holidays and weekends). You can track the status of your order by logging into your customer account.

I am a professional, is it possible to use your product / website photos or texts to enhance my website?
All elements appearing on our website- (texts, drawings, programs, photographs, names, logos, trademarks, intellectual works, databases, etc.) are frequent traveller’s property.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution, and/or translation of any elements of the Website, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever (electronic, paper, etc.) is prohibited without the express prior authorization .
Any use not expressly authorized constitutes a violation of copyright and an infringement . It may also constitute an act of unfair competition pursuant to the Civil Code and a violation of image rights and/or personality rights.
Frequent traveller reserves the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against any person who does not comply with this prohibition.
Is our luggage guaranteed?
Our Products are backed by 1,3 and 5 years Manufacturer’s warranty. For details kindly, refer the Warranty Policy (Link) on our website.
In which countries is the TSA lock mandatory?
The United States isn't the only country to impose TSA locks! Several other airports have the right to search your luggage without your consent or prior notice.
Here are the countries for which the TSA lock is mandatory:
- UNITED STATES
- Canada
- Japan
- Korea
- Israel
- New Zealand
And soon other countries will join the list... so you might as well opt directly for a TSA code suitcase and simplify your future trip.
Use and maintenance of your luggage
Are the luggage waterproof?
All the materials (except Soft cases) are water-resistant. However, if you put your luggage in the shower rain, water will eventually seep in through the seams or zippers.
So, if you get caught in the rain on your bike or while waiting for the bus, your things will stay dry, but if you stay in the pouring rain for too long, there's a risk of water getting in.
Soft Shell Bags are not Water resistant.
How can luggage be maintained?
No washing machine! Simply clean the bag with a soft clean clothand mild soapy water.
What to do if luggage is damaged during a trip?
Don't panic! Each company (airline, rail, sea, or road) is solely responsible for any damage to your baggage or its contents till the time the luggage is in their custody. In this event of damage, it is essential to file a claim, along with your travel documents with the company before leaving the airport, bus, ferry, or train station to be compensated.

What happens to my personal information?
This information is used solely for the purposes of our business relationship. Furthermore, as part of GDPR, which allows us to manage your data and automatically delete it after 1 year on our site. You will receive an automatic email after one year asking you if you wish to delete your customer account on our website, or if you wish to keep your account active.
